Member/customer may terminate its membership(if any) at any time, for any reason, by sending a written request to the Customer Support Team. After termination of membership or subscription or services, all terms that by their nature may survive termination of this Agreement shall be deemed to survive such termination.

The decision of such arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties. The cost of proceedings shall be borne equally by the parties. Any reference under this clause shall be deemed to be a reference to arbitration within the meaning of the Arbitration Act 1996. The courts at Hathras at Uttar Pradesh (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all the matter arising out of Agreement. For the purpose of Jurisdiction, this Agreement shall be deemed to be accepted by the User/ Member/ Customer at Hathras.
